Eligibility For Returns
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
    • Perishable goods such as fresh food, frozen items, and dairy products are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
    • Personal care, hygiene, and wellness products (such as cosmetics, ayurvedic products, and supplements) cannot be returned once opened.

    1. Email zlinenshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with order no. and photos (if damaged).
    2. We will confirm eligibility. If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA and (if applicable) a pre-paid return label.
    3. Return address: Zlinen, 34 Old Wool Lane, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 5JA, United Kingdom.
    4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
    Note: For damaged/incorrect items we cover return postage. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. state returns must be initiated via the above process to ensure faster refunds.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you received in your order and would like to return them, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and request a return.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse and verify their condition, we will process your refund according to the terms of our shipping policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
