We securely accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All prices and orders are listed and processed in GBP. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

We dispatch all the items within 1 to 3 days from the order date (except Sundays & holidays). And the average delivery time is 6 to 7 days.

If you receive the item that was damaged in transit, Zlinen will provide a full refund for the damaged products if the customer provides valid proof for the damage within 48 hours of product delivery.

The product returns would only be accepted within 14 days after the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase..

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
